Xiaomi on Friday refuted a claim made by a portal that the company might shift its India operations to Pakistan after the government froze the company's assets worth $676 million (roughly Rs. 5,500 crore). The company is being probed by the Enforcement Directorate for allegedly made illegal remittances to foreign entities by passing them off as royalty payments.
